from the Gov. of H.Kong with regirl to

the proposed recalculation of the

tables of the Scheme on the besis of

working of the 6.6 scheme shoulu be

que. The S. of S. is not yet ware

whether such a uecision has been taken,

and it seems undesirable to delay

further the reply to the Gov. of H.K.
